While the Rage mulls over what advice to offer the 280 pounder who started to run two weeks ago, here's the return of some classic Q&A from the past year or so... Q: How long does it take a 60 yr old man to run a 10k race on average? Based on this information: He is a frequent runner, he will be running this race in Canada on Oct. 11, and he is very tall (long legs matter?). He also says he hopes to run the "perfect" race? So with all of this in mind could you give me a time he would probably run this race in? I need to place a bet on this so I really need this today if possible... J. A: He should be finished by now.
